Our range of themes are as follows:

Toga Party

Guests are met outside venue by nymphs and a high priest, holding torches. The way to the venue will be decorated by fire bowls and a red carpet. The high priest will welcome guests and together with the other nymphs and will lead guests into venue.

On arrival at the venue the nymphs will give delegates a toga and a laurel wreath headdress to wear. Alternatively the togas can be left in the hotel room and guests will wear them before they depart. The venue will be decorated with decadent drapes, chiffon cascades, low cushions, carpets and small tables and delegates will be able to experience a Roman feast. Nymphs will feed grapes to delegates and serve wine from pottery jugs.

The nymphs will interact with the guests who can join in the various photo opportunities created for the evening. A grape pressing stand may also be set up and guests may give this a try.
To the sound of a gong, the high priest invites guests into banqueting area.

Bacchus is sleeping at a focal point at the venue. As soon as guests are seated the High priest invokes Bacchus and he will recount the story of wine. This is about 5 minutes long, in English rhyme and slightly humorous.

First course is served and an illusionist in roman attire entertains guests by performing close up tricks throughout the evening.

As soon as first course is cleared an acrobat gives a 9 minute performance. Second course is served and cleared a belly dancer give a 10 minute performance.

Desert and coffee are served and the same performers repeat their acts interchanging positions

 

Circus Theme

The venue will be decorated with cirque like style backdrops, drapery and stalls.
Entertainment will be mingling with the crowd including, the ring master, clowns and majorettes who will entice guests to participate in the various games, while enjoying a welcome drink.

The dining area shall be decorated to give a circus atmosphere, stilt walkers wearing elaborate circus costumes, a clown and a gymnast will greet guests at the entrance.
Other entertainers will greet delegates inside and interact throughout the evening.

Games will be made available for guests to participate and characters will entice and interact.
Walk around illusionists, fortune tellers, caricature artist and signature artist also wearing costumes in keeping with the theme may entertain guests throughout the evening.

 

James Bond/Casino Royale

Guests are met by hosts and hostesses in evening wear. During welcome drink delegates will be able to enjoy a musician playing live saxophone music while 6 dancers improvise to his music moving in a subtle and sensual manner.

The dining area is decorated in black and white and a chill out area which compliments the set up is also available.

The theme in the foyer will be set by having large playing cards, hanging from the ceiling, a corner with mock Casino games and actors playing with a hand of cards for a back drop.
Hosts and hostesses will lead guests into the dining hall.

The same theme will run in the dining hall, centre pieces with cards and chips will adorn tables, while a large roulette which lights up will be the back drop for the stage.

First course is served and a female singer performs a twenty minute live vocal act with the band.
Second course is served and cleared and 6 dancers give a 35 minute staged performance
Dessert and coffee are served and the female vocalist entertains delegates with a varied repertoire.

 

Medieval Market

As you and your guests arrive they will be greeted by an entourage which will include folk men and women in traditional costumes.

The greeting area will be decorated with colorful banners, gas fire torches and fire bowls creating the right atmosphere for you to lavish in before you and your guests will be escorted into dining area where a medieval market will be setup. For you to experience the various arts and crafts and other acts which will make part of the market.

Giving you the full experience and feel of medieval market. While you are greeted and entertained by folk men and women, peasants, medieval acts, arts and crafts.

Market area will consist of stalls with various arts and crafts, including blacksmith, wine bar, cheese making, weaving, cigar rolling, wicker basket making, drape stall, tool stall, filigree, lace, bread making, wool stall, nougat stall, carpet stall and 3 vegetable carts.Rates quoted are inclusive of all decoration as seen in visuals.
